Job Description

As a Senior/Mid Level Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and structurally interesting levels for the action-adventure game "Phantom Hellcat." You will collaborate with the art team, game designers, and programmers to create an unforgettable gaming experience. Your responsibilities include designing challenging levels, collaborating with other teams, analyzing playtest feedback, and ensuring optimal performance across platforms. Additionally, the role involves understanding level design principles, mechanics, and game flow and contributing to a fast-paced, engaging, combat-focused game.

Good To Have:

Design experience with games from the genre.
Mentoring / Lead Experience.

Must Have:

2+ years of experience in level design.
Strong understanding of level design principles and mechanics.
Expertise in Unity.
Experience with level editors and scripting tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for creating gaming experiences.
Understanding of traversal design and mechanics.

We are seeking a talented Senior/Mid Level Designer to join our team in creating an exciting and challenging project: Phantom Hellcat. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing levels that are engaging, structurally interesting, and push the boundaries of what is possible in the action-adventure genre. You will work closely with the art team, game designers, and programmers to bring your vision to life and create an unforgettable gaming experience for our players.

Responsibilities:

Design levels that are challenging, exciting, and visually stunning
Collaborate with game designers and programmers to ensure that levels are balanced, intuitive, and responsive
Analyze playtest feedback and adjust level designs accordingly
Ensure that levels are optimized for performance on various platforms

Our requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in level design for action-adventure games
Strong understanding of level design principles, mechanics, and game flow
Expertise in Unity
Experience with level editors and scripting tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for creating unforgettable gaming experiences
Strong understanding of traversal design and mechanics

Preferred qualifications:

Design experience with games from the genre
Mentoring / Lead Experience
