About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Unity Team Leader with a deep understanding of Unity’s architecture, especially its save system, to join Ludeo. This role is not just about leadership, it’s about driving the integration of our Ludeo SDK into major mobile games developed by top-tier studios.

- Provide deep technical expertise in Unity, with a strong emphasis on understanding and implementing Unity’s save system effectively.
- Oversee parallel integration efforts of the Ludeo SDK into multiple high-profile mobile games.
- Collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders to align technical implementation with the broader product goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Unity development.
- Deep understanding of Unity’s core systems.
- Deep understanding of game architecture, including gameplay systems, save/load systems, multiplayer networking, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
