Unity Team Leader

Ludeo is seeking an experienced Unity Team Leader to revolutionize game discovery and engagement. This role involves leading a team of engineers, providing deep technical expertise in Unity's architecture, especially its save system, and overseeing the integration of the Ludeo SDK into major mobile games from top-tier studios. The leader will also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new engineers, and collaborating with other teams to align technical implementation with product goals.

Must Have

• Handle hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new Unity and mobile integration engineers
• Provide deep technical expertise in Unity, with strong emphasis on save system implementation
• Oversee parallel integration of Ludeo SDK into multiple high-profile mobile games
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to align technical implementation with product goals
• At least 5 years of experience in Unity development
• Deep understanding of Unity’s core systems
• Deep understanding of game architecture, including gameplay, save/load, multiplayer networking, and performance tuning
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Provide deep technical expertise in Unity, with a strong emphasis on understanding and implementing Unity’s save system effectively.
• Oversee parallel integration efforts of the Ludeo SDK into multiple high-profile mobile games.
• Collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders to align technical implementation with the broader product goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Unity development.
• Deep understanding of Unity’s core systems.
• Deep understanding of game architecture, including gameplay systems, save/load systems, multiplayer networking, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
