About FunCraft

We’re a growing and profitable mobile gaming company that does things differently. We operate a growing portfolio of classic turn-based games with just 13 people. We ship games in weeks, not months, and our proprietary platform lets us rapidly test and scale winning features across our entire portfolio.

The Role

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Lead to own and optimize our paid acquisition strategy across Google, AppLovin, Unity, and Facebook. This isn’t a junior role where you’ll execute someone else’s playbook - you’ll have full ownership of our UA strategy and budget allocation across our entire game portfolio. We care about ROAS above all. If you have an idea you want to test, we’ll fund it. No annual (or even quarterly) budget plans. We react to our impressive data and the market, always asking “is this spend profitable?” If it is, find ways to grow it.

What You’ll Own

  • Complete P&L responsibility for paid acquisition across all channels
  • Campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for our portfolio of 20+ games; you are hands-on doing the work, not managing someone
  • Creative testing and iteration workflows with our team
  • Budget allocation decisions across channels and games
  • Building scalable UA processes as we continue launching new titles
  • Direct impact on company growth - UA drives our business

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record managing $500K-10M monthly budgets at mobile studios with at least 3 years experience
  • Self-driven operator who treats budget like their own money and doesn’t need daily direction
  • Urgency and hunger - you’re frustrated by slow growth and obsessed with finding wins
  • Channel expertise across Google UAC, AppLovin, Unity, and Facebook, with deep knowledge in at least two
  • Platform capabilities - help us grow on Android AND iOS - need specific knowledge
  • Portfolio mindset - experience managing UA across multiple titles simultaneously
  • Data-driven decision making with the ability to spot opportunities others miss
  • English Fluency
  • Experience working with Adjust / other MMPs
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
