As a User Acquisition Manager at Worlds, you will develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. Responsibilities include implementing ASO and keyword optimization strategies for all markets, monitoring key performance metrics, and optimizing marketing efforts to achieve KPI targets. You will manage global campaigns, handling operations, insights, and optimization across diverse cultural and geographic contexts. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or media buying, with a proven track record of success in managing global campaigns.

Must Have:

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition campaigns and strategies for our games, across multiple channels
Implement the ASO and keyword optimization strategy for all markets
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, to optimize marketing efforts and achieve KPI targets

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, and/or media buying
Experience running and setting up global campaigns, including operations, insights, and optimization based on different countries and cultures
