We are seeking a creatively driven User Acquisition Marketing Artist for our mobile games team in Southern Europe. The role involves creating high-converting ads and captivating creative campaigns across platforms like iOS, Android, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. You will collaborate with UA, game, and data teams to craft visual stories that attract millions of players. Responsibilities include designing and producing static and video ads, capturing in-game footage, iterating on creatives based on performance data, and staying updated on mobile ad trends. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a creative role within the mobile games industry and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Are you a creatively-driven artist with a passion for mobile games and performance marketing?

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Marketing Artist to join our growing team in southern Europe.
You’ll help bring our mobile titles to life through high-converting ads and captivating creative
campaigns across platforms iOS, Android, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. Working closely
with our UA, game, and data teams, you’ll be crafting the visual stories that attract millions of
players worldwide.

We have worked on some of the largest franchises and our publishing and licensing partners include;
Sony, Rovio, Hasbro, Natural Motion, Disney, EA and Activision. Spanning some 22 years in business.
We have released over 80 SKUs and sold more than 20M at boxed retail and over 500M digital
downloads resulting in over $1B in revenues.

The Role

What you’ll be doing

• Design and produce static and video ads optimized for user acquisition performance
• Capture in-game footage or work with developers to create compelling gameplay sequences
• Rapidly iterate on creatives based on performance data and A/B tests
• Collaborate with the UA team to brainstorm new creative strategies and concepts
• Stay up to date on mobile ad trends and competitor campaigns

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in a creative role within the mobile games industry
• A strong portfolio of UA-focused ad creatives (video and static)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of KPIs like CPI, CTR, ROAS, and how creatives impact them
• Familiarity with mobile marketing channels (Meta Ads, TikTok, Unity, etc.)
• Comfortable taking feedback and working in a data-informed creative loop
• Bonus: Experience using Unity/Unreal Engine or basic motion graphics skills
