Job Summary
BlueBolt is seeking a VFX Production Coordinator to join its dynamic team in London. This full-time, partially remote role involves supporting VFX Producers and the Editorial team, managing project plans, meeting deadlines, running daily artist rounds, and maintaining the Shotgun database. The coordinator will also organize reference materials, track deliveries, and occasionally liaise with clients. BlueBolt is an award-winning visual effects company specializing in compositing, computer graphics, and digital matte painting for film and television. Applicants must have a solid track record in VFX coordination and legal right to work in the UK.
Must Have
- A solid track record of coordinating within a recognised VFX facility.
- A general understanding of VFX production pipelines and post production in general.
- Support the VFX Producers, Line Producers, other Coordinators and the Editorial team in implementing project plans and meeting deadlines.
- Run daily rounds on the floor with the artists alongside the VFX Producer.
- Take notes and manage the Shotgun database in dailies sessions.
- Organise reference materials and track incoming and outgoing deliveries to and from clients.
- On occasion liaise with the client production team.
- All applicants must be resident in and have the legal right to work in the UK to be considered for the role.

Skills/experience:
- A solid track record of coordinating within a recognised VFX facility.
- A general understanding of VFX production pipelines and post production in general.
- Good people skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with Shotgun and Microsoft Excel is a bonus. Skills in Filemaker Pro and Google Apps would be advantageous.
- An ability to handle multiple tasks under varying degrees of pressure.
This role will require you to:
