You will have the opportunity to own the Global Business Technology strategy, planning, and execution for our dynamic and rapidly growing company that helps save lives on our roadways! We lead all aspects of the design, implementation, maintenance and support of information systems that support the internal enterprise infrastructure and business applications used by the organization.
You will lead and encourage an impactful group of Global Technology teams including IT, Enterprise Systems, Architecture, Development, IT Operations & Information Security, and Data Operations. We set the direction for the organization to align and meet global business needs while ensuring flexible, modern technologies support various compliance, privacy and security policies and procedures.

- Business Technology Strategy: Develop global information services, cyber-security, technology vision and strategy in support of our business strategy. Validate and develop technology investments including new improvements and functionality. Ensure appropriate development, configuration and testing of system functionality.
- AI-driven business transformation: Develop and lead our decision intelligence, agentic AI, and other AI practices/approaches/application areas to transform decision making and work practices. Articulate AI's transformative impact on current and future business objectives, including its potential to drive new business models, regenerate existing workflows, optimize operations, and deliver measurable value based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ownership & Collaboration: Own all business systems, infrastructure and assets, including the architecture, operations, procurement and management. Support core IT systems, Business Applications (including CRM, ERP, HRIS, Document Management, Content Management, Business Process Management and workflow systems including Salesforce, NetSuite).
- Efficiency: Evaluate current business systems and relevant processes and recommend enhanced solutions to improve efficiency within technology business processes and applications.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate and lead vendors that supply systems, infrastructure, assets and applications.
- Internal Controls & Security: Evaluate and improve internal controls, and quality assurance related to application development and key processes. Establish security standards and proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
- Governance: Develop, maintain and enforce written policies and procedures regarding all business technology systems including data processing and infrastructure.
- Team Management: Own the IT, Enterprise Systems, Architecture, Development, IT Operations & Security teams. Mentor staff, provide direction, guidance, growth and development opportunities to the team.
- Business Intelligence: Defines data, analytics and AI strategy, including vision, drivers and outcomes. Leads the creation (and assures the ongoing relevance) of the organization’s Data and Analytics strategy in collaboration with technology and business domain leaders and other relevant stakeholders.
- Service reliability: Delivering best-in-class uptime and incident response across all core business technology platforms.
- Employee experience: Ensuring a seamless digital workplace experience with exceptional satisfaction and productivity scores.
- Time-to-value: Accelerating the delivery of technology solutions from business request to production, improving speed and agility.
- Cost efficiency: Optimizing total cost of ownership across SaaS and infrastructure, while maintaining or improving service levels.
- Security and compliance: Maintaining audit-ready systems with no material control deficiencies, and ensuring continuous compliance with SOX, ISO, and SOC standards.
- Resilience: Strengthening business continuity through tested disaster recovery and risk mitigation practices.
- AI and automation outcomes: Scaling responsible AI and automation to enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and shorten cycle times.
- Data quality: Driving trusted, high-quality enterprise data to power decision-making and operational excellence.
- 15+ years in enterprise technology with 8+ years leading through Directors/Senior Directors across multiple functions and geographies (apps, data, infra/identity/collab, security).
- Demonstrated success owning multi‑rollup budgets, portfolio trade‑offs, and landing measurable value (reliability, TCO, time‑to‑value).
- Proven delivery of enterprise application portfolios (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday/HRIS), data integration/MDM, and internal app dev at scale.
- Hands‑on experience launching governed AI productivity solutions for internal use (decision intelligence/agents), with adoption and control frameworks aligned to ISMS.
- Deep familiarity with SOX ITGC, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and BIA/RTO/RPO for corporate services; strong incident response leadership.
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership; clear communicator to executives and employees; thrives in a global, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging Gen AI based solutions and strategies across an organization.
- Deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure including the universe of SaaS business products
- Data management techniques and experience across other IT functions.
- Experience implementing and maintaining financial business systems
- Comprehensive expertise in business analysis and business process reengineering. Good understanding of implementing and maintaining IT Service Management standard methodologies and frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in effectively influencing and leading the evaluations and implementation of technology solutions.
- Solid grasp in an Agile development environment with strong engineering principles.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well with diverse internal and external constituents in a team-oriented environment.
- M&A integration of enterprise systems; SaaS rationalization at scale; FinOps certification(s).

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$236,500.00 - $297,500.00
