Job Description

This position is responsible for developing strong and lasting relationships with high valued players through inbound and outbound communications and occasional face-to-face contact. The VIP Host provides a first-class gaming experience to VIP players through strong relationship management and communication. This role is responsible for identifying potential and current high valued players and analyzing their behaviors and activity in order to acquire and retain VIP players.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience in a managerial role in the online gaming industry preferred but not required.
  • Gaming industry experience preferred.
Must Have:
  • Act as the personal VIP Host by building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP customers via various forms of contact.
  • Provide VIP customers with an industry-leading customer service and gaming experience.
  • Monitor VIP customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met.
  • Engage with VIP players, and at times other players including the chat room on site.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of VIP Events.
  • Work with VIP Team, Support Team and land-based casino Marketing Team to keep them informed about upcoming promotions and get their feedback on the response to customer communication and user journeys.
  • Analyze VIP and promotional KPIs and profitability and provide reports and comments to the Director of VIP Accounts.
  • Work location will be primarily in the New Jersey office, but you will work in other locations from time to time, i.e. Rivers Casino in Philadelphia.

  • Experience with computers, browsers and mobile devices.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated and very reliable.
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and international.

What You'll Do:
