Alpha Affiliates, established in 2012, is a leading partner program in the iGaming sector, licensed by Malta Gaming Authority and Curacao, operating 10 unique brands across 38 countries with over 15,000 partners. The VIP Manager will develop and manage VIP relationships, focusing on retention, reactivation, and customized offers. This role involves tracking performance, resolving issues, segmenting players, ensuring compliance, and reporting KPIs within a remote work environment.
