SS&C Blue Prism is seeking an experienced Financial Services & Insurance Sales Director to lead and grow their sales efforts in New York City. This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership and success within the FSI sector, focusing on developing new strategies, managing a sales team, and engaging with key decision-makers and alliance partners. The director will drive demand generation, pipeline, and opportunity management, leveraging a consultative sales approach to deliver transformational business value through intelligent automation.

We are searching for a Financial Services & Insurance Sales Director of some repute; he or she will offer a demonstrable track record of both Sales Leadership and Sales success. We will require the successful candidate to be able to look across the sector, set out a new strategy and GTM playbook for these areas. We need real input from an expert who has the knowledge, charisma, and energy to win hearts and minds, garner support from the team and raise the bar substantially.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Understand the makeup of potential prospects, to identify the key decision-makers, buying requirements and timescales.
  • Work alongside the senior relationship holders in key alliance partners in joint selling campaigns; whilst retaining mindshare and narrative at the most senior discussions
  • Work with existing sales process and collateral and help develop the materials to suit specific and local markets. Strong knowledge of contractual, regulatory and procurement challenges that can create roadblocks
  • Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity and innovation with demonstrable examples
  • Work with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficient and experienced in using a structured sales process (like MEDDICC) and drive Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management
  • Manage a Financial Services Sector team that is selling both directly and engaging closely with strategic GSI alliance and channel partners, to develop new business opportunities.
