【Job Description】
1.负责二次元产品的社群运营,通过有效的社群运营方式维护用户关系,推动社群规模增长,提升产品用户口碑;
2.负责各个社群的日常运营,包括设定社群基调、规划内容推送、与用户进行互动等,提升社群活跃度等各项综合指标;
3.统筹社群内容的制作,针对不同渠道特性和配合运营节点,持续输出差异化优质内容(如视频、平面、文案等);
4.制定舆情策略,能对内容潜在风险进行预判和把控,合理引导维护产品口碑;
5.聚拢核心用户并进行管理,对创作者用户进行重点挖掘与培养,定期进行激励活动、调研服务、平台合作等手段进行创作者管理。
1. 2年以上手游社群运营经验,对国内社媒有深厚了解。有手游完整生命周期的社区运营经验者优先;
2.热爱二次元文化,市场触觉敏锐,能够快速抓住二次元用户偏好,深度游玩头部二次元产品2-3款及以上,对群体生态有较深理解;
3.有较深厚的文字功底和内容审美,熟悉行业媒体表达方式
4.掌握b站、taptap等主流社区和垂直阵地的运营模式,善于挖掘热点并策划落地,善于与用户沟通;对抖音、微博等大众向内容平台熟悉。
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力,善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作;
6.英语/日语/韩语能力优秀者优先;
