  • Manage and process immigration matters, including work visas, family-based applications and any other work-related visa applications.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner to ensure a seamless process
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing great customer service and offering guidance through the immigration process
  • Stay abreast of current and upcoming immigration laws and policies, conducting frequent research and analysis on new rulings and regulations
  • Build proper SOPs behind processes, governance and compliance to ensure we adhere to local laws and regulations
  • Provide regular reporting analytics on annual case records, statistics and trends, highlighting any potential issues or hurdles for senior management to resolve

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • 1-3years' HR operations experience in an immigration role in a large multinational company supporting multiple countries
  • Prior experience using HR systems (e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow;
  • Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner;
  • High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and HQ based teammates will be a huge plus
