Job Summary
Job Description
The role involves supporting and independently implementing engagement campaigns and masterclasses. You will contribute to optimizing lifecycle campaigns, offer pages, and paywalls. Developing ideas to improve customer experience and implementing them within the team is also a key responsibility. You will handle customer inquiries related to the CRM, such as verifying students. Additionally, you will create reports for paid products like Business Insider+ and Gründerszene+, deriving insights from them.
Must have:
- Support and implement engagement campaigns
- Optimize lifecycle campaigns, offer pages, paywalls
- Develop and implement customer experience improvements
- Handle CRM-related customer inquiries
- Create reports for paid products
- Student in media, business, communication, or design
- Analytical thinking and creativity
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive and communicative
- Fluent German language skills
- Interest in digital media, UX, or growth topics
Good to have:
- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Experience with CRM or analytics tools (e.g., Piano, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio)

- du bist Student im Bereich Medien, BWL, Kommunikation oder Design
- analytisches Denken und Kreativität stehen für dich nicht im Widerspruch und du hast Lust auf die Arbeit mit digitalen Abo-Modellen
- du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint und bestenfalls Kenntnisse in HTML/CSS
- du arbeitest proaktiv, bist kommunikationsstark und besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- du hast Erfahrung mit CRM- oder Analyse-Tools (z. B. Piano, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio)
- du interessierst dich für digitale Medien, UX oder Growth-Themen
