The Senior Customer Renewal Specialist at Anthology partners with internal teams and strategic partners to secure long-term customer relationships.  Responsibilities include acting as the primary sales interface for renewals, developing win-win proposals with product/service expansion opportunities, managing a portfolio for on-time renewals and increased retention, collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to mitigate account health risks, and contributing to the overall Anthology renewal strategy.  The role requires approximately 25% travel and strong consultative selling, renewal management, and relationship management skills in an enterprise/solution and/or technical sales environment.

We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function.
