The Implementation Consultant (IC) manages the entire implementation and training lifecycle for Anthology's Student Information System (SIS).  Responsibilities include analyzing customer business processes, configuring the SIS, conducting training, leading user acceptance testing, validating migrated data, troubleshooting, and providing go-live support.  The IC documents current business processes, partners with other Anthology teams for integration, serves as a customer advocate, and follows Anthology's implementation methodology.  The role requires approximately 25% travel and involves continuous learning and process improvement.

Including participation in and/or conducting business process review, IC’s partner with team members across the Professional Services organization in the discovery, design, and ETL of the customer’s solution.
