As an Implementation Specialist at Neostella, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining trust through expertise and communication.  You'll lead the design portion of Filevine implementations, facilitating client meetings and collaborating with internal teams.  Responsibilities include building project templates, managing integrations, and guiding clients through operational process design.  The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with experience in Filevine and ideally a legal background preferred.

In order to continue our growth, we are seeking someone for an Implementation Specialist! The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a portion of our clients’ Filevine implementations. In collaboration with the client and Neostella team members, you will design and build project templates that will drive the client’s operational processes. You will spend most of each day working directly with clients and other team members exhibiting your solution-finding, communication, and leadership skills.
