Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Neostella, you will focus on generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach, building relationships, and qualifying leads. You'll conduct market research to identify potential leads, reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and social media, and qualify leads through discovery calls. You will collaborate with the sales team, maintain the CRM system, attend industry events, and analyze lead generation metrics to improve outreach strategies. This role is crucial for achieving customer acquisition and revenue objectives. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs is key to a robust sales process.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach, building relationships, and qualifying leads. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our solutions.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant lead information and activity notes.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies and techniques based on feedback.
