Steel City Interactive seeks a Senior Producer to lead and shape the production of their debut title, Undisputed, and future projects.  Responsibilities include owning production areas (planning, scheduling, execution, leadership, and quality), implementing effective production methodologies, ensuring transparent and iterative processes, and communicating effectively across the studio and with external partners.  The ideal candidate will lead by example, mentor junior team members, and represent the studio at industry events.  This role requires experience in a full game development lifecycle on at least two AAA titles.

<li>Experience of a full game development lifecycle (pre-production through to release) on at least two AAA titles in a production capacity </li>

<li>Ability to plan, influence and ensure delivery of the work of technically focused disciplines </li>

<li>Experience of different Project Management software (e.g. Jira, Hansoft, Trello) </li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Ability to build schedules and roadmaps with respect for both the complexity of the development cycle and the requirement for reporting and visibility across the studio </li>

<li>Ability to work empathetically and autonomously, providing excellent transparency</li>
