As a Project Manager/PMO in the Client Experience Management team for the Affinity & Digital segment, you will drive the development and implementation of pan-European digital strategies and experiences for clients. This role involves leading affinity programs from conception to execution, including business case formalization, project coordination, and performance evaluation. You will work with regional and local teams to create value through innovative digital solutions in a dynamic market.
Must have:
  • Build differentiating customer journeys and promote a customer-centric approach, understanding client business models and insurance touchpoints.
  • Lead framing workshops by co-constructing customer experiences with clients across Europe.
  • Act as a key player in client relations from framing to project delivery, including sales pitches, tender responses, and project governance.
  • Act as PMO for complex and international affinity programs, setting up governance, aggregating risks, actions, and opportunities, and animating steering committees.
  • Support client acquisition and retention activities through analysis, business indicator modeling, and presentation development.
  • Hold a Master 2 degree in project management or a similar field.
  • Possess at least 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in digital platform development, analysis, project management, and consulting.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to think outside the box in complex environments and challenge the status quo.
  • Have a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing, in English.
  • Show proven leadership experience in professional and/or extra-professional settings.
  • Be capable of prioritizing work and meeting deadlines with a positive attitude.
  • Possess an open and positive personality with a high level of intellectual curiosity.
Good to have:
  • A successful first experience in the insurance sector, customer experience, and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

As a project manager in the Continental Europe Client Experience team (CXM team) for the affinity segment, you will work with regional management and our local teams to help client companies develop and implement pan-European digital strategies and experiences in BtoBtoB or BtoBtoC for their clients. Within the Continental Europe affinity teams, we offer you the unique opportunity to take part in an entrepreneurial adventure within a dynamic and growing market segment, in touch with current digital challenges: creating value for companies through the development of disruptive distribution models and innovative affinity digital solutions. You will also be in contact with many sectors and subject matter experts around the world within the organization to maximize the potential for our clients as well as your own development.

What you will like:

  • Deliver pan-European affinity programs (digital solution for distributing automotive, mobility & sharing economy, equipment/device insurance, programs with Sponsor) to serve our clients in various sectors;
  • Lead affinity programs from A to Z: presentation of the offer to the client, formalization of the business case, program coordination/PMO, capture of needs, project setup and execution, post-launch monitoring and performance evaluation based on predefined key performance indicators with the company/client.

  • Build differentiating customer journeys and promote a customer-centric approach: in-depth understanding of the client's business model and insurance touchpoints;
  • Lead framing workshops by co-constructing customer experiences with the clients across Europe;
  • Act as a key player in client relations from framing to project delivery: sales pitch of capabilities and support for affinity account managers, response to tenders, establishment of project governance with the clients;
  • Act as PMO for complex and international affinity programs: set up governance, aggregate risks, actions and opportunities in an elaborate manner to drive the decision-making process, animate steering committees;
  • Support client acquisition and retention activities through analysis, business indicator modeling and the development of presentations and pitches;

Prerequisites

  • Master 2 degree in project management or similar;
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in areas related to digital platform development, analysis, project management and consulting;
  • A successful first experience in the insurance sector, customer experience and e-commerce are assets;
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to think outside the box in complex environments and challenge the status quo;
  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - orally and in writing - in English; other languages are a plus;
  • Proven leadership experience in a professional and/or extra-professional setting;
