The Account Executive (AE) for the Crossborder Unit will maintain positive relationships with international clients, addressing their daily operational needs and escalating issues promptly. This role involves understanding client requirements, translating them into internal language for the Ninja Van team, and executing operational tasks to align systems. The AE will also be responsible for improving processes, hitting operational KPIs through shipment monitoring and data analysis, managing new and existing accounts, and ensuring client retention through responsiveness and strong relations. They will act as first-tier problem solvers, exhausting solutions before escalating, and will be familiar with all operational legs to ensure seamless parcel flow.
