Job Details

Based at our offices in the World Trade Centre, and reporting into the Head of Projects, we're looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will act as a main point of liaison between our B2B and B2C operations. You will consistently deliver quality work to ensure optimal efficiencies and synergies exist between both areas of our business so that our brand remains at the forefront of the gaming industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Customer performance and revenue growth by making strategic recommendations using:
    -          KPI(s) & Benchmark analysis
    -          Operational audits
    -          BI tools
  • Advising on marketing strategies (i.e. Bonuses, Admin usage, etc.)
  • Retention and Conversion strategy to ensure optimal uptake of Playtech offerings
  • Executing actions for improvement in operational excellence with a view to grow the business
  • Collect information on products and services being developed and released from our B2B business and to make recommendations to our B2C division on these for their adoption
  • Engage in routine and daily meetings with your client groups to understand any challenges and provide recommendations on how to overcome these
  • Managing customer ad hoc requests and needs
  • Provide first level business support
  • Act as a first point of escalation point for technical issues and work to resolve these with the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Promoting tasks internally (i.e. development requests, initiation of new projects)
  • Responsible for delivering second to none customer service to internal stakeholders
