The Card Shuffler is responsible for attending gaming tables to perform card-change procedures according to company protocols. They must properly check and shuffle cards in the card counting rooms and at gaming tables, adhering to established shuffling procedures. The role involves following a set schedule, reporting any risks or unusual activities to the Pit boss, and informing the Pit boss about the need for new cards. Other responsibilities include evaluating the quality of the cards and assisting with training new shufflers when requested. The employee must follow Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services regulations, and departmental policies and procedures.
