Job Summary
Job Description
- Attend gaming tables for card-change procedures.
- Properly check and shuffle the cards in the counting rooms.
- Follow shuffling procedures at tables and in counting rooms.
- Report any risks or mistakes immediately to Pit boss.
- Inform Pitboss of when to replace or receive new cards.
- Evaluate and keep track of the quality of the cards.
- Adhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Regulations.
- Assist training new shufflers if required by the management
- Monthly Performance Bonus
Job Details
- Attend gaming tables for card-change procedure according to the company’s’ procedures.
- Properly check and shuffle the cards in the cards’ counting rooms (hereinafter, CCRs).
- Follow terms of the shuffling procedures in the CCRs and at the gaming tables.
- Follow schedule assigned when performing duties.
- Immediately report to the Pit boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in the gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.
- Inform Pitboss in a timely manner to replace and/or receive new cards or deck of cards for each shift.
- Evaluate and keep track on the quality and visual look of the cards.
- Assist training new shufflers if required by the management.
- Adhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
