Good To Have:

Experience with K3 is a merit
Experience with annual reports and consolidated financial statements is a merit
Experience from the gaming industry is a big plus

Must Have:

Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including substantiating customer invoices against large international gaming companies
Prepare and submit tax and VAT declarations
Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Actively participate in budgeting and contribute with data and analyses
Drive the development and efficiency of financial processes and system support
Post-secondary education in economics
3-5 years of broad accounting experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of K2 regulations
Good system knowledge, especially in Excel
Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Your challenge

In the role of accountant, you have broad responsibility for the parent company and its two wholly-owned subsidiaries. You report to the HR manager with functional leadership from an external CFO. The role includes, among other things:

Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including substantiating customer invoices against large international gaming companies
Prepare and submit tax and VAT declarations
Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Actively participate in budgeting and contribute with data and analyses
Drive the development and efficiency of financial processes and system support to facilitate flows

Experience

To succeed in the role of accountant at Envar Entertainment, we are looking for you with a post-secondary education in economics and 3–5 years of experience from a similar role where you have worked broadly with accounting. We see that you have good knowledge of the K2 regulations, it is meritorious if you have experience with K3. Furthermore, you have good system knowledge, especially in Excel, and have preferably worked in Fortnox. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, as you use both languages daily. Experience with annual reports and consolidated financial statements is meritorious, but not a requirement as our CFO handles these areas today. If you also have experience from the gaming industry, it is a big plus.
