The Yahoo Creative EMEA Team & This Role

Within the Yahoo Creative organisation the Ad Solutions Manager provides full production support for a variety of ad products, with this particular role focused on supporting Yahoo proprietary formats & solutions that run across our Yahoo publishers. These products focus on providing the best in class creative solutions for our advertisers by combining rich immersive experiences with personalised targeting and customized measurement. Day to day responsibilities will include full end to end support for ad campaigns as they progress to launch and supporting the sales team with responses to briefs & connecting directly with clients.

This role is based in London and is hybrid, with a requirement to commute to the office each week, and to visit clients.

About the Role

  • Core function: End-to-End Project management of campaigns from asset collection through to delivery
  • Technical Liaison between Sales, Media Agencies, Creative Agencies, and various internal teams to coordinate campaigns deliverables
  • Review campaign briefs to identify how best to set up digital ad campaigns for success
  • Organise kick-off calls with clients and other Yahoo employees to review creative specs, set campaign deadlines and make all participants aware of their deliverables
  • Responsible for high value campaign launches, including technical setup of the campaign, in close communication with the Client, Sales Team, and internal developers.
  • QA campaigns prior to launch and ensure it launches on time. Requires being on-call as necessary to troubleshoot campaign launch issues as needed.
  • Ongoing monitoring of many aspects of the campaign, including troubleshooting and escalation of any problems that might occur.
  • Reporting to clients and other team members to make campaign optimisation recommendations.
  • Providing creative consultation services to clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
