Job Description

The mission of this position is to formulate adoption and dissemination strategies for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) functions, and to build strategic consensus with internal and external stakeholders. Specific tasks include estimating accident reduction effects from various safety functions and updating the safety function roadmap, supporting the formulation of safety technology dissemination measures through collaboration with automotive industry associations and government agencies, and supporting international cooperation for the legal regulation of safety technologies through collaboration with automotive industry associations and government agencies.
Must have:
  • Possess 3 or more years of development or product planning experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Possess English proficiency sufficient for internal/external communication and document creation.
  • Have experience in collaborating with other companies or national projects.
Good to have:
  • Experience in development or product planning in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in external communication tasks.
  • TOEIC score of 730 or higher.

Main Tasks

1. Mission of the Department and this Post

Formulation of adoption and dissemination strategies for driving assistance functions and preventive safety functions, and building strategic consensus with internal and external stakeholders.

2. Specific Job Content

  • Estimation of accident reduction effects by various safety functions and updating of the safety function roadmap.
  • Support for the formulation of safety technology dissemination measures through collaboration with automotive industry associations and government agencies.
  • Support for international cooperation towards the legal regulation of safety technologies through collaboration with automotive industry associations and government agencies.

Engineers with experience in system development, such as advanced development and mass production development, and those from vehicle project management departments are enrolled. Not only engineers with experience in autonomous driving and safety equipment, but also engineers with various backgrounds are gathered.

Experience in the automotive industry: preferred. TOEIC: 600 points or more.

TOEIC: 730 points or more.

  • Includes 30 hours/month of fixed overtime for Assistant Manager positions.
