Job Description

This role supports the Catalog A&R/Marketing Department, assisting the EVP and SVP of A&R with scheduling, travel, expenses, and event planning. Responsibilities include presentation building, meeting note-taking, VIP handling, and departmental coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience, strong computer skills (MS-Office, Canva), excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks, including handling confidential information.
Must Have:
  • Scheduling and admin support of EVP and SVP of A&R (calendar operations, travel planning, expenses)
  • Assist with event planning and special projects
  • Assist with presentation building
  • Take notes during meetings and circulate summaries / action items
  • VIP handling
  • Coordinate with other assistants for executive alignment on schedules
  • Provide overall departmental assistance
  • At least 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Strong computer skills: typing 60 wpm, PC/Mac experience, proficiency in MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), familiarity with PowerPoint + Canva
  • Good letter writing and status report maintenance skills
  • Strong grammar and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and have excellent follow-through
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize, organize, establish administrative procedures, and work under pressure
  • Ability to handle confidential information

How You'll Create:
