Support the Catalog A&R/Marketing Department via a variety of tasks, functions and workflows, including but not limited to:
How You'll Create:
- Scheduling and admin support of EVP and SVP of A&R to include all calendar operations, travel planning, expenses, etc.
- Assist with event planning and special projects and attend as needed
- Assist with presentation building
- Take notes during meetings and circulate summaries / action items
- VIP handling
- Coordinate with other assistants to ensure executive alignment on schedules
- Provide overall departmental assistance
Bring Your Vibe:
- At least 3 years of solid Administrative Assistant experience supporting high level executives (within entertainment preferred)
- Strong computer skills required: typing skills of 60 wpm; PC/Mac experience (proficiency in MS-Office: Outlook, Word & Excel, familiarity w/PowerPoint + Canva)
- Good letter writing and status report maintenance skills a must, plus strong grammar and organizational skills
- Committed, willing to learn & flexible
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Able to multi-task and have excellent follow-through
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize, organize and establish administrative procedures and work under pressure
- Ability to handle confidential information a must
