Advanced Product Developer

As Product Developer Hydraulics (Remanufacturing), you are the specialist for remanufactured hydraulic parts within our assortment. You bear full responsibility for your product groups – from gathering technical information to commercial follow-up. You develop components for various machine types based on a data-driven approach, combining technical expertise with strong ownership.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You manage your article groups from A to Z: from researching and creating technical documentation to pricing and market positioning.
• Together with suppliers, you ensure the development of the right remanufactured parts, shaping not only the product but also the supporting technical information.
• You work closely with our international branches to coordinate product developments.
• You work closely with purchasing colleagues and have regular contact with suppliers, negotiating purchase prices and making clear agreements about collaboration – digitally and on-site.
• You actively search for interesting suppliers for new and existing products through market research, internal/external contacts, and attending trade fairs.
• You determine the commercial pricing strategy for your products based on their technical value, market analysis, and competitive data.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a technical background.
• You can read electromechanical diagrams and have an affinity or interest in hydraulic systems such as pumps and valves.
• You work smoothly with data and digital tools, and base your decisions on well-founded analyses.
• You are entrepreneurial, take initiative, and feel comfortable in an environment where you work independently and project-based.
• You are strong in communication and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
• You have a very good knowledge of English – knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
