Job Description

As an Affiliate Manager at Evoplay, you'll work directly with affiliates (SEO, PPC, influencers, streamers) in the iGaming sector to drive traffic and enhance visibility. Responsibilities include managing affiliate accounts, searching for new partners, monitoring daily performance, creating monthly statistics, conducting market research, and leading the entire affiliate lifecycle. You will collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign materials and actively participate in industry events. Strong analytical skills, experience with tracking technology (RS, CPA, CPL), and excellent communication skills are essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with experience as an affiliate being a plus.

The expertise we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective sales and negotiation skills.
  • B2 level of English is a must (an additional language would be a bonus).
  • Understanding of tracking technology and attribution models (RS, CPA, CPL etc).
  • Work directly with affiliates (SEO, PPC, influencers, streamers) in the iGaming sector to drive traffic and enhance visibility.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop effective affiliate campaign materials, including banners, landing pages, and promotional assets.
  • ontinuously track, analyze, and evaluate the performance of affiliate campaigns using traffic metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience as an affiliate (not operator side) is a great plus.
  • Proactively grow and optimize existing affiliate relationships by identifying new opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills

Your position will include

  • Affiliates accounts processing - register, maintain, statistics gathering.
  • Searching for new partners & opportunities, making deals.
  • Daily offers performance monitoring.
  • Create and maintain monthly performance statistics.
  • Monitoring brands updates.
  • Market and competitors research - monitoring and implementing the best offers available on the market.
  • Lead the entire affiliate lifecycle, from commercial negotiations to technical integration and ongoing support..
  • Active participation in public events, such as conferences, meet-ups, parties, etc.
