Job Description
This role involves developing software drivers for System-on-a-Chip (SOC) Network Interface Cards (NICs) targeting GPU and cloud service provider (CSP) markets. Responsibilities include SOC-NIC-IP driver design and development, unit testing in SOC simulators and emulation platforms, and collaboration with VLSI designers, firmware engineers, and architects for end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate will have strong C/C++ programming skills and experience in driver development, particularly for PCIe accelerators. This position is crucial in the company's transition to a cloud AI and connected devices focused business model. The role supports the integration of these drivers into GPUs and data centers.
Good To Have:
- Experience with PCIe accelerator drivers (GPUs/Storage/Networking)
- Knowledge of networking, AI-acceleration chipsets, and PCIe devices
Must Have:
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong C/C++ programming skills
- 4+ years SW driver development experience
- SOC-NIC-IP driver design & development
- Unit testing in SOC simulator and emulation platform

The AI Connectivity Group is a team helping pave the way for an iconic Silicon Valley technology company to evolve from a PC-focused business to one that powers the cloud AI and billions of smart, connected computing devices.In this role you will be part of the team that develops SW driver for SOC for NIC solution for GPU and CSP market.
You will engage with VLSI designers, SW engineers, FW engineers and Architects in order to define and implement features for future and current ASICs.Primary responsibilities of the position include
- SW driver for SOC-NIC-IP Design and Development
- SW driver Unit-Testing in SOC simulator and SOC Emulation platform
- SW , FW , HW collaboration to test solution E2E prior ASIC-TO
- SW support and integration in GPU's and Data-Centers
Qualifications
Requirements:
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Fast ramp-up and self-learning capabilities
- Strong programming skills in C/C++
- 4+ years work-experience in SW driver development
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in programming drivers for PCIe accelerators - GPUs/Storage/Networking/etc..
- Knowledge and experience in networking , AI-Acceleration chipsets and PCIe devices is a plus
