Introducing Our Team (Project)

The KRAFTON AI Transformation Team drives company-wide AI Transformation. We review and introduce the latest AI technologies and tools to create AI-based work innovation across all job functions, and provide easy-to-follow documents/guides for team members. This position assists in the execution of research-test-pilot-diffusion and expands tool utilization through company-wide support operations.

Introducing Our Missions

• AI Tool/Agent Research: Collect and classify applicable candidates for work
• Testing and Review: Simple evaluation and comparative summary based on internal standards (security/price/usability/suitable job, etc.), release note check
• Creation of Utilization Scenarios/Guides: Document usage flows/best practices by job function, design and organize presentation materials (slides)
• Company-wide Support Operations: Pilot onboarding, management of announcements/FAQ/help center, organization of training/Q&A, collection of feedback/logs
• Communication: Identify needs of company-wide members, summarize and share updates/market trends

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)

• High interest in the latest AI technologies/tools and a habit of self-directed experimentation (direct use, comparison, recording)
• Clear communication skills and the ability to execute company-wide support operations (announcements, guides, training/Q&A)
• Research and data structuring/visualization skills, presentation material (Slides) production capability
• Documentation habits: ability to systematize with templates, checklists, guides
• No disqualification for overseas business trips

If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)

• Engineering/science background or quantitative problem-solving skills
• Interest/experience in consulting-style structuring (MECE, hypothesis-testing, comparison table design)
• Experience in proactively learning and utilizing various AI tools (automation, prompts, agents, etc.)
• Data visualization/storytelling skills (diagrams, comparison tables, summary slides)
• Workflow automation experience
• English-based tool/document comprehension skills
• Understanding of basic security/privacy guidelines
