The Amazon e-Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Amazon sales strategy for Philips to achieve sales targets. This includes managing the local Joint Business Plan (JBP), driving sell-out, consumer activation, and ensuring profitability and growth of the Amazon account. The role involves maintaining relationships with Amazon local management, understanding their strategies, and coordinating with other e-commerce managers. The role also involves creating successful sell out activities, executing local trade marketing actions, and closely cooperating with Consumer Marketing Managers. The candidate needs to have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales or marketing.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales or marketing
  • Experience with numerical data analysis using Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in project management for process improvement
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (e.g., SNS/Google Ads)
  • Operational experience with Amazon/Rakuten/Yahoo! Shopping
  • Creative skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Job Description

Responsible for development / implementation of the Amazon sales strategy for Philips, to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.

Your role:

• The Amazon e-commerce manager is responsible for individual markets and managing the local Joint Business Plan (JBP) with all related trade investments in compliance with the regional plan for Amazon. The focus will be to drive sell out, consumer pull and consumer activation including e trade activities. He/she will also have a local alignment and coordination role to secure synergies with other channels in the market.

• Drive selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the Amazon account by continuously optimizing the efundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing.

• Maintains and develops a credible and productive long-term relation with Amazon local management , based on the deep understanding of their strategies and priorities, local market insights, external and industry trends, consumer and shopper insights, competitive landscape.

• By understanding customer’s business needs, consumer and shopper behavior and requirements is providing local relevant value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with account at local level.

• Closely cooperate with Strategic KAM Amazon Global and other e-commerce managers to realize sales targets with Amazon.

• Accountable for all Trade Shopper Marketing activities at local Amazon level for all PH categories.

• Joint responsibility for Market Share development, topline and profitability for all PH propositions

• Creates successful sell out activities, through the development and implementation of joint local activation plan with customer, in line with the Philips strategy for the account.

• Executes the local trade marketing actions with Amazon to drive more consumer pull and brand preference at local level

• Closely cooperate with Consumer Marketing Managers PH in translating the marketing strategy into local activation plan for Amazon.

• Manages performance of trade and P-spend, with the retailer within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for online activation.

• Mantains a constant sell out based performance management cadence at local level; Analyzes and monitors the PH categories sell out, in-house share, conversion and shopper data for Amazon.

・3年以上のEコマースセールスもしくはマーケティング関連経験(デジタルマーケティング経験だけでなく、プランナー・コンサルティング営業・インサイドセールスなどでも可)

エクセルやスプレッドシートを用いた数値集計・分析を定常的に行った経験

業務・システム・オペレーション改善のプロジェクトマネジメントに携わった経験

・デジタルマーケティングの知識(SNS/Google広告など)

・Amazon/楽天/Yahoo!ショッピングの運用経験

・クリエイティブ制作スキル(フォトショップもしくはイラストレーター、撮影、動画制作など)

四年制大学卒業以上

【語学】

・日本語:母国語レベル(コピーライティング可能なレベル)

・英語:ビジネス使用経験必須(実務:E-mailは毎日、Callは月4~5回ほど発生します。)

【契約期間】期間の定めなし 

【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)

【就業場所】麻布台本社(東京都港区港南)

ハイブリッド勤務:リモートワークも組み合わせながら勤務いただきます。

【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間: 原則として12:00-13:00

【休日】毎週土(所定休日)/日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(1229-14)

【休暇】初年度最大20日間の有給休暇あり(入社月によって変動あり)Care Leave(年間10日間付与)Sick Leave ほか

【時間外労働】あり 月20-40時間相当

【給与】 基本給(固定年収) 600万円-950万円

【賞与】セールスインセンティブ

 インセンティブは、年1(毎年3)支給。ただし、会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動して支給されます。

 ※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
