Job Description

The HR intern will partner with members of the HR team in Singapore and other cross-functional departments, providing support and being involved in employee benefits and wellbeing projects that support the whole organization in the APAC region. This role is within the APAC Benefits department, focusing on critical communications, video security, and command center technologies to help keep people safer everywhere.

Good To Have:

Experience with social media contents in a professional/business setting is a plus

Must Have:

Develop well crafted communications and materials for internal employees to promote awareness and participation of wellbeing programs
Work with HR vendors to setup wellbeing events or programs to ensure timely roll-out
Enhance internal benefits website to promote employee awareness on existing benefits programs
Develop effective measures of employees participation or success to wellbeing programs
Ability to draft captivating copywriting campaigns, digital posters and visually stunning presentations
Participate in vendor meetings to articulate our requirements and track project progress
Develop a policy perceptive through drafting of benefits policy for APAC region
Process improvement, data analysis and other administrative duties may also be assigned
Outstanding writing and communication skills
Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with colleagues working remotely
Effective project management skills with keen attention to detail
Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
