AppleCare Pricing Analyst

AppleCare Pricing Team is looking for a Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for global out-of-warranty and program pricing implementation for a variety of product lines and service parts. This team member will also coordinate pricing processes, research pricing issues and escalations, and work on system enhancement projects to meet the growing demands of the Business. Pricing accuracy will be a primary objective for this role interfacing extensively with AppleCare’s pricing tool, SAP and Apple’s repair and order management web tool. As Pricing Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Business Development, Channel Services, Engineering, Material Planning, and other business partners to support the price setting process for AppleCare's product launches. This position requires an individual who is a strong team player, has experience with database systems, a good working knowledge of SAP and Excel, technical knowledge on process automation, such as scripting, and excellent attention to detail. The preferred candidate will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and have a history of proactive problem solving. The analyst will work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and often with tight time constraints. The role will involve a high volume of discreet pricing elements to maintain and therefore attention to detail is critical.
