Application Engineer Scanner Centre-Est (M/F)
Job Description
- Perform expert interventions in private/public hospitals, and maximize client satisfaction (demonstrations, installations, training, experience sharing, needs follow-up).
- Train and advise doctors and caregivers on equipment handling, configuration, and upgrades.
- Support the regional sales team during the sales process (clinical arguments, commercial prospecting, pre-sales demonstrations, participation in congresses).
- Share user feedback, improvement points, and system corrections with Marketing, Quality, and Development teams in France and internationally.
- Radio Manipulator training, Master 2 Biomedical or equivalent.
- First practical experience in scanner imaging.
- Autonomy, availability, analytical skills, good interpersonal skills, and a taste for customer service.
- Strong team spirit and great adaptability to change.
- Fluent English required (training in the Netherlands).
- Category B driving license mandatory, expect several hotel nights per week.
This position gives you the opportunity to interact with healthcare professionals in French hospitals to jointly improve patient care in scanner imaging departments and be a key player in Philips' commercial development.
Missions:

- Share user feedback, improvement points, and system corrections with Marketing, Quality, and Development teams in France and internationally.
You will be part of a dynamic team of application engineers focused on user satisfaction and improving patient care. You will interact with sales, application, and support teams at regional and national levels. You will maintain close relationships with international teams.
Position ideally based in Lyon or Centre-Est of France. Numerous trips within the region and nationally are to be expected.
Your assets for success
- Radio Manipulator training, Master 2 Biomedical or equivalent
