Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to interact with healthcare professionals in French hospitals to collectively improve patient care in interventional imaging departments. Key missions include performing expert interventions, maximizing client satisfaction through demonstrations, installations, training, and follow-ups, as well as supporting sales teams and sharing user feedback with marketing, quality, and development teams.

Must Have:
  • Perform expert interventions in private/public hospitals and maximize client satisfaction (demonstrations, installations, training, experience sharing, needs follow-up).
  • Train and advise doctors and paramedical teams on equipment handling and configuration during startups, follow-ups, and upgrades.
  • Support sales teams during the sales process (clinical expertise, pre-sales demonstrations, participation in conferences).
  • Share user feedback, system improvement, and correction points with Marketing, Quality, and Development teams in France and internationally.
  • Radio manipulator, nurse, or biomedical engineer training.
  • Clinical knowledge, patient knowledge, interest in technique.
  • Mandatory first experience in an operating room.
  • Fluent English and French.

Your main missions are to * Perform expert interventions in private/public hospitals, and maximize customer satisfaction (Demonstrations, installations, training, experience sharing, needs follow-up) * Train and advise doctors and paramedical teams on handling and configuring equipment during startups, follow-ups, and upgrades * Support sales teams during the sales process (clinical expertise, pre-sales demonstrations, participation in conferences, etc.) * Share user feedback, improvement points, and system corrections with Marketing, Quality, and Development teams in France and internationally You are part of a dynamic team of 7 Application Engineers focused on user satisfaction and improving patient care. You interact with national and international sales, marketing, application, and service teams. Intervention sectors: Ile-de-France and Hauts-de-France. Numerous trips to our clients are expected in these sectors. Your assets for success in this position * Radio manipulator or nurse or biomedical engineer training * Clinical knowledge, patients, interest in technique * Experience in interventional imaging desired * Mandatory first experience in an operating room * Optimism, energy, team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility to provide the best service to our clients. * Fluent English and French About Philips?
