Job Description

We are looking for professionals who are not afraid of challenges, like to identify and solve problems, who identify with working closely with clients and other company sectors, and have a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation. You will be responsible for ensuring customer service and satisfaction, supporting department employees, clarifying system functionalities, managing area indicators, and handling critical demands.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge in hospital management and/or experience in the hospital area (Tasy system).
  • Knowledge in application servers (Tomcat and/or Weblogic).
  • Intermediate English.
Must Have:
  • Ensure customer service and satisfaction with service order execution.
  • Support department employees by assisting in the resolution and management of service orders.
  • Ensure clarification of doubts about system functionalities, concepts, and business rules, analyzing the situation reported by the client.
  • Ensure the management of area indicators through monitoring reports and operational governance, identifying and executing improvement actions when necessary.
  • Address critical demands arising from internal problems or clients.
  • Completed Higher or Technical Education.
  • Availability for hybrid work in Blumenau, SC.
  • Solid experience with Tasy system technical support.
  • Knowledge of functionalities and business rules of Health Plan Operators (OPS).
  • Knowledge in PLSQL language.

  • Communication, negotiation, and initiative skills;
  • Knowledge of functionalities and business rules of Health Plan Operators (OPS);
  • Knowledge in PLSQL language;

It will be a great differential if you have:
