M365 Consultant (gn) Compliance

SoftwareOne and Crayon have joined forces as a global, AI-powered provider of software and cloud solutions. As an M365 Consultant (Compliance), you will conceptually set up consulting projects in the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace area and help customers with optimal implementation. You will be responsible for the conception and architecture of complex Microsoft 365 projects, continuously developing our team's know-how and offerings, and supporting sales in the presales phase.

Must Have

• Conceptualize and implement Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace consulting projects
• Take responsibility for the conception and architecture of complex Microsoft 365 projects
• Continuously develop team know-how and offerings in Modern Workplace
• Develop strategies for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based workplace solutions
• Support sales in the presales phase, including offer creation and customer discussions
• Network and collaborate closely with manufacturer contacts
• Optimize and further develop customer solutions
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Data Classification, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Compliance Portal, Insider Risk Management, Customer Lockbox
• Very good Microsoft 365 knowledge (architecture, technology, application, working methods)
• Strong engagement, teamwork, and communication skills
• Structured and independent working style
• Solution-oriented, eager to learn, high standards for technological work environment
• Very good German and English language skills

Responsibilities

As a consultant, you conceptually set up consulting projects in the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace area and help your customers on the path to optimal implementation. You take responsibility for the conception and architecture of complex Microsoft 365 projects.

You are responsible for the continuous development of our know-how and offerings within the Modern Workplace Consultants team. To this end, you develop strategies for using on-premises, hybrid, and pure cloud-based workplace solutions together with our customers.

Onboarding, further training, and development in the required focus areas are a matter of course for us.

Furthermore, you will take on the following tasks:

• You support our sales team in the presales phase with offer creation and customer discussions.
• You constantly network and work closely with contacts at the manufacturer.
• The optimization and further development of customer solutions are in your hands.

What we need to see from you

Knowledge and Skills

• You have already gained relevant professional experience in the M365 environment.
• Analyzing requirements and systems, as well as advising customers on their way to the Modern Workplace with Microsoft 365, are among your strengths.
• You have very good knowledge in:

• Compliance Portal
• Insider Risk Management

• Your Microsoft 365 knowledge is very good, both in architecture and technology as well as in application and working methods.
