M365 Consultant (gn) Security

As an M365 Consultant (Security), you will be responsible for conceptualizing complex Microsoft 365 consulting projects, guiding clients towards optimal implementation, and taking responsibility for the conception and architecture of complex M365 projects. You will also drive the continuous development of our Modern Workplace Consultants' expertise and offerings, develop strategies for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based collaboration solutions, and support sales in presales, offer creation, and customer discussions. You will also manage junior consultants and external project members, network with manufacturers, and optimize client solutions.

Must Have

• Conceptualize and implement complex Microsoft 365 consulting projects.
• Responsible for the conception and architecture of complex Microsoft 365 projects.
• Continuously develop Modern Workplace Consultants' know-how and offerings.
• Develop strategies for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based collaboration solutions.
• Support sales in presales, offer creation, and customer discussions.
• Manage and guide Junior Consultants and external project members.
• Network closely with manufacturer contacts.
• Optimize and further develop client solutions.
• Relevant professional experience in the M365 environment.
• Ability to analyze requirements and systems, and consult clients on Modern Workplace with Microsoft 365.
• Interest in Microsoft 365 Security (e.g., M365 E5 Security, Zero Trust, Microsoft Defender Platform, Identity Security, Entra ID, MFA Technologies).
• Excellent Microsoft 365 knowledge in architecture, technology, application, and working methods.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Responsibilities

As a consultant, you conceptually set up complex consulting projects in the Microsoft 365 area and help your clients on their way to optimal implementation. You take responsibility for the conception and architecture of complex Microsoft 365 projects.

Furthermore, you are responsible for the continuous development of our know-how and offerings within the Modern Workplace Consultants team. To this end, you develop strategies for the use of on-premises, hybrid, and pure cloud-based collaboration solutions together with our clients.

Onboarding, further training, and development in the required focus areas are a matter of course for us.

In addition, you will take on the following tasks:

• You support our sales team in the presales phase, with offer creation, and in customer discussions.
• The management and guidance of Junior Consultants and external project members also fall within your area of responsibility.
• You constantly network and work closely with contacts at the manufacturer.
• The optimization and further development of client solutions are in your hands.

What we need to see from you

Knowledge & Skills

• You have already gained relevant professional experience in the M365 environment.
• The analysis of requirements and systems as well as advising clients on the path to a Modern Workplace with Microsoft 365 are among your strengths.
• Interest in Microsoft 365 – Security, such as:
• M365 E5 Security
• Zero Trust
• Microsoft Defender Platform
• Identity Security
• Entra ID
• MFA Technologies
• Your Microsoft 365 knowledge is very good, both in architecture and technology as well as in application and working methods.
