Job Description

As a Global Sales Training Manager, you will drive Philips’ commercial success by designing and deploying globally aligned, scalable programs. Your role involves conducting global sales capability and training gap analyses, designing and implementing sales excellence programs for NPIs, portfolios, and services, and creating high-impact content and training materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices, streamline tools and processes, measure program impact, and drive continuous improvement to enhance sales training effectiveness.

Transparency Details: The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,000 to $171,000 The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,500 to $180,000 The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,125 to $189,000 The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,600 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
