The Jr Quoter Specialist is responsible for configuring quotes based on sales team requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery under general supervision. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and delivering precise quotes for Image Guided Therapy, managing communication with sales teams, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies. The specialist will maintain knowledge of quoting tools and support process improvements, acting as the primary contact for quote requests within a specific district.

Must Have:
  • High School Diploma or Vocational Education
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting directly with sales people and building good working relationships

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to quoting systems and processes
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Jr Quoter Specialist: The Jr Quoter specialist is responsible to configure quotes based on the configuration request sent by the Sales team and ensure timely delivery first time right quotes to the sales team, working under general supervision. Your role: * Prepare, review and deliver accurate quotes for Image Guided Therapy and manage timely communication with external sales team (account managers and sales specialist) to resolve any quote questions. * Support the Sales team by providing them Quotes for IGT. The person will be the main point of contact for the AM/SS * Professional responsible for quote IGT equipment and make sure First time right quotes are provided on time for the Sales team. * Ensure quotes comply with pricing policies, discount structures, and business guidelines. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quoting tools (Apttus), product configurations and approval processes. * Support continuous improvements in the quoting process and documentation. * Act as the first point of contact for sales teams regarding all quote requests for an specific district. You're the right fit if you have: * You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education. * Strong written and spoken English communication skills. * Comfortable interacting directly with sales people and building good working relationships. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to quoting systems and processes. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). SFDC would be good to have. * Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or quoting role is a plus (but not mandatory).
