Within the Airspace Mobility Solutions domain, the Air Traffic Management sector is looking for an apprentice Project Management Officer (M/F), based in Rungis. Within our integrated project teams, you will provide support and guidance for the execution and reporting of projects for an air traffic management system. Your objective will be to contribute to and support the structuring of projects, planning, estimations, execution, and reporting of the projects in charge. You will be a PMO responsible for steering and managing internal activities to ensure that our deliveries meet expected deadlines and costs.
Must have:
  • Update workload in Primavera taking into account actuals
  • Monitor finances and manage imputations /eOTPs
  • Conduct monthly risk/opportunity management meetings, monitor mitigation plans, and challenge lot managers
  • Participate in monthly financial reviews with WPMs, report forecast discrepancies to PM, allocate contingencies
  • Steer project KPI updates and ensure synthesis to PM
  • Monitor purchase orders (down payments, deadlines, invoicing)
  • Summarize case charges and raise alerts if necessary

Missions:

  • Updating the workload in Primavera taking into account actuals
  • Financial monitoring and management of imputations /eOTPs
  • Conduct monthly risk/opportunity management meetings, monitor mitigation plans, and challenge lot managers
  • Actively participate in monthly financial reviews with WPMs and report discrepancies with forecasts to the PM, allocate contingencies
  • Steer the update of project KPIs and ensure synthesis to the PM
  • Monitor purchase orders (down payments, adherence to deadlines, invoicing)
  • Establish a summary of the case's charges and raise alerts if necessary

Your profile

You are pursuing a master's degree or an engineering school degree in project management and are looking for a 24-month apprenticeship contract. Possessing the following skills and qualities:

Skills and Qualities:

  • Tool Proficiency: Good command of Office pack applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), if possible MS-Project and the Primavera planning management tool.
  • Languages: Good operational level of English, both oral and written.
  • Autonomy and Organization: Ability to work autonomously, rigorous and organized.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal qualities and analytical sense.
  • Adaptability: Easy adaptation to complex environments.
  • Team Spirit: Appreciation for teamwork.
