1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of industry experience, at least 1 complete lead creator experience for small/medium games from 0 to 1.
2. Proficient in game art concept design, led concept design for at least 2 game projects and understands how to implement them.
3. Skilled in cartoon style, able to perfectly analyze Dragon Knight 1 style and significantly improve its quality.
4. Possess a good theoretical foundation in game aesthetics, able to summarize methodologies, and provide specific guidance for art production.
5. Passionate about commercial game creation, with extensive experience at the gameplay level and deep understanding at the design level for action/ARPG games.
6. High self-requirements, able to continuously improve product art quality and the overall strength of the team.
