Job Description

Safeguard the company's operational assets and control access for employees, contractors, and visitors. Coordination, maintaining respect for internal plant regulations, attention to entry and exit documents for both personnel and tools, reports to management on outstanding developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control of pedestrian and vehicular access.
• Induction courses for new entry personnel and suppliers.
• Access controls in the OnGuard System.
• Control of surveillance personnel.
• Emergency response.
• Knowledge of STPS standard 031.
• Work supervision.

Education/Certifications:

• Technical or Bachelor's Degree.

Previous Work Experience:

• Asset Security areas.
• Administration and control of HR documents.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Language: Spanish.
• Travel %: Yes
• Must have: Knowledge of STPS standard 031.
• Leadership, personnel management, reliability, honesty.
• Nice to have: Intermediate English level.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: Risk Management / Access Control.
