Job Description

Job title:

Responsible for the overall sales management of Philips Health Lifestyle Northeast region PH business, new channel expansion, gift business, dealer management and retail execution, and achieving sales targets.

Your role:

1. Dealer Management

  • Procurement execution: Close communication with dealers, follow up and execute monthly procurement plans.
  • PSI, BE, F2P management.
  • Monitor the progress of dealer budget expenditure, verification and payment progress, and follow-up.

2. Retail Management

  • Implementation of promotional activities, on-site support, feedback and evaluation of activity effectiveness.
  • Negotiation of counter locations, communication of venue rental fees.
  • Development and maintenance of new channels.

3. Expense Management

  • Strictly control expenses and resources, ensuring operation and execution according to financial procedures.
  • Promote the progress of A&P/Margin expense verification.
  • Collect verification materials (promotion agreements, sales data, activity results, etc.).

4. Retail Team Management

  • Train and guide the retail supervisor and promoter team, improve team work quality, and build an efficient team.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 8+ years of sales management experience
  • Work background in the home appliance industry, experience in gift group buying development, rich experience in channel development and customer management
  • Possess good communication and coordination skills and team management ability
  • Possess strong market analysis, marketing planning and execution ability
  • Familiar with retail industry operation processes
