Must Have:

Job Responsibilities:

•Leads the planning and execution of complex manufacturing projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with Philips' organizational strategy and objectives across multiple business domains and knowledge centers and applies advanced understanding of entrepreneurial skills and supports the entrepreneurial environment and follows up on initiatives.

•Analyzes project requirements, risks, and constraints, leveraging insights to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies that optimize resource utilization and mitigate potential challenges, working under limited supervision.

•Facilitates regular project meetings and discussions to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, maintaining a focus on achieving project objectives efficiently.

•Ensures compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project life-cycle, upholding Philips' commitment to delivering high-quality products to customers.

•Optimizes manufacturing processes and workflows through continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency to drive overall project success.

•Tracks project performance and progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.

•Synthesizes project data and information into comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, providing regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming milestones.

•Researches and evaluates emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in manufacturing, incorporating relevant advancements into project plans to drive innovation and competitive advantage for Philips.

•Offers strategic recommendations and insights based on project learnings and outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of Philips' manufacturing processes and capabilities.

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
