Job Description

As an Associate Principal Consultant, Business Analyst at Nagarro, you will play a key role in understanding client needs, defining business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing data, developing business cases, and facilitating workshops. You will also be responsible for managing project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, and driving successful project outcomes.

Must have:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Good to have:

Experience in Agile methodologies
Knowledge of specific industry domains
Experience with data analysis tools
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
