The Role:
In the role of B2B/Enterprise Account Manager, reporting to Regional Head, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B/Enterprise business.
B2B/Enterprise Account Manager's function is to determine and drive Logitech’s business and growth with current and potential corporate customers, working with and influencing the key decision makers in ​the​ channel, identify and work with new VARs/ Pro A&Vs and build relationships locally with our alliance partners​.

In this role you will: grow the Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace businesses for İstanbul and The Marmara Region through active new business development, opening doors to new accounts and subsequent account management.
In this role your responsibilities will be to:

  • Establish and expand relationships with large accounts
  • Focus on B2B/Enterprise channel development
  • Develop existing B2B/Enterprise channels and gain market share
  • Meet revenue goals for given accounts in an intense, rapidly changing and quarterly driven environment
  • ​Design a strategy to tap the full potential of enterprise customers
  • Target the top 500 Corporate Enterprise end users in Istanbul and The Marmara Region
  • Introduce and implement new product categories and key-Initiatives​ to new and current channels​
  • Business development by identifying cross & up-selling opportunity within key channels & customer portfolios
  • Maintain an accurate and updated business plan with all relevant figures and activities per channel per account
  • Set up regular product trainings for all relevant stakeholders
  • On time delivery of weekly activity report including implemented and planned activities, turnover overview vs. budget and next week objectives
  • e able to cover Marmara and Istanbul region

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Native Turkish speaker
  • Based in Turkey or willing to relocate to Turkey
  • At least 8 years’ experience in sales out of which minimum 3 years in selling B2B/Enterprise channel
  • Experience of working with large corporates through VARs and Pro A&Vs and finalizing big deals
  • Hands-on mentality and able to manage entire sales cycle
  • Self-motivated, results driven
  • Excel in collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Influential communicator and great presentation skills
  • Experience using salesforce.com technology preferred
  • The role requires travel within the region

Education:
Bachelor degree and above
