Skills-
- Would be good with AML/KYC/Organization& Business workflow enhancement/ Process Migration related BA experience.
- Analysis current workflow, and identify opportunities to drive for the Target Operating Model for business with consideration of people, processes, data and tech
- Excellent comms skills, Facilitates activities/meetings/workshops, coordinate among stakeholders, close the gap and drive for decision.
- Able to work independently, gathers and documents requirements from the business, and verifies that the project deliverables meet the requirements
- Proactively identify risk and escalate to program where necessary.
- Assess solutions to validate the objectives
- Work with Project Manager for project plans, and monitor the delivery
