We’re looking for a Business Analyst (Associate) in Banking (with a specialty in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Investment products) to join our high-performing Financial Services team. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges—all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible.
Make a real impact
- Work closely and communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders at all levels, to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Understand business needs and translate them into clear and accurate functional and technical specifications ensuring that systems fully meet business requirements and align with business objectives
- Support the design and rollout of new platforms and process improvements for investment products lifecycle (e.g. front office, middle office, custody services for mutual funds, stocks, structured products, bonds, FX etc)
- Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and impact assessments and prepare high-quality deliverables
- Facilitate workshops, testing, and training to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
- Analyze client processes and identify opportunities for digitization and optimization in different business domains
- Conduct data mapping for migration/integration projects
What you bring matters
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or another relevant discipline
- At least 1 year of Business Analysis experience in IT projects, preferably in the Financial Services/Banking/Asset and Wealth Management and/or Insurance Sector
- Experience in business process design and understanding of applications with preference in CRM, ERP, RPA and BPM
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Excellent skills on planning, strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Passion to work in a multidisciplinary teams and projects
- Creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
- Self-motivation for continued learning and development
- Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
