Job Description

Onward Search is seeking a Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst for a 6-month hybrid contract role in Atlanta, GA, with a leading global hospitality and services organization. This role involves joining the Corporate Responsibility / Business Operations team to analyze, document, and improve critical processes, ensuring efficient workflows and robust systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving business operations and impactful initiatives within a collaborative and innovative culture.

Must Have:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and visualize current business processes and workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement through process mapping and analysis
  • Develop process maps and documentation using industry-standard tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate findings and capture requirements
  • Recommend process improvements and assess change management impacts
  • Partner with solution architects and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Define and document future-state requirements in collaboration with business and technical teams
  • Track and communicate progress through status reports and stakeholder updates
  • Contribute to solution design, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with business goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with process mapping and visualization tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Solid data literacy
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Technical aptitude and interest in ESG-related platforms and emerging technologies
  • Prior experience in business process analysis, business analysis, or related roles

  • Solid data literacy to evaluate process performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in ESG-related platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Prior experience in business process analysis, business analysis, or related roles (exposure to Corporate Responsibility or technology sectors preferred).
