Business Analyst - Planning

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst to join our Planning squad. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the team to enhance visibility and decision-making within the organization by creating multiple Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to streamline existing processes through automation. Moreover, a passion for pop culture is highly valued.

What You’ll Do

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key information and KPIs.

·         Design, develop, and implement BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into supply chain performance.

·         Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives. Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

·         Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automated processes seamlessly.

·         Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

·         Generate regular reports to communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.

·         Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

·         Collaborate with different departments to gather input and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

·         Proactively identify issues and bottlenecks within the supply chain and propose solutions.

·         Responding with urgency to high priority requests from senior business leaders

·         Retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Tableau, SQL and other data management systems.

What You’ll Bring

• 5-10 years’ experience working as an analyst in a CPG organization (Supply Chain, Finance preferred)
• Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
• High level of MS Excel proficiency is required.
• Experience in MS Access, SQL, R, or Python.
• Professional, yet personable demeanor, friendly presence and helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; abstract thinking encouraged.
• Work responsibly with or without direct supervision.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to lead with a positive attitude.
• A passion for pop culture is highly desirable.

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90-110,000k annually.​ Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
